Information We Collect

We collect limited information to run the Extension smoothly. First, we store your prompt templates, folders, tags, and settings locally on your device. We use Chrome’s storage system, so your content never reaches our servers. You can export or delete your data at any time.

We also collect license details if you purchase a paid plan. This includes your license key, email address, and a secure device ID.

License Information and Usage

We use license data to validate your subscription and manage device access. Each license supports up to three devices. Our server checks license status every 24 hours.

We store your license key locally. Meanwhile, we store validation data on our secure server. We create device IDs using cryptographic hashing, so they are not personally identifiable.

We collect limited usage data. For example, we log license validation requests, API activity, and error reports. However, we never collect your prompts, browsing history, or keystrokes.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information only to:

• Prevent misuse
• Improve system reliability
• Fix technical issues

We do not sell your data. We do not track browsing activity. We do not use advertising trackers.

Third-Party Services

We use trusted providers to operate our services.
Stripe processes payments in accordance with its own privacy policy. We do not store credit card details.
In addition, we use Microsoft for transactional emails. Our WordPress license server manages license validation.

ChatGPT Integration

When you select “Copy and Open ChatGPT,” the Extension copies your prompt to your clipboard. Then it opens ChatGPT in a new tab. You control what gets pasted.
We do not send prompts automatically. Your use of ChatGPT follows OpenAI’s privacy policy. We are not affiliated with OpenAI.

Data Security

We protect your data through:

• HTTPS encryption
• Secure hash validation
• SHA-256 device IDs
• Regular security reviews
• Rate limiting to prevent abuse

You should keep your license key private. Also, use strong passwords and export backups regularly.

Your Privacy Rights

If you live in the EEA, you have GDPR rights. You may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your data. You may also withdraw consent at any time.

California residents have CCPA rights. You may request details about the data collected or its deletion. We do not sell personal information.

Data Retention

We store local data on your device until you delete it. Active license data remains for the subscription period. We retain expired license data for one year. API logs stay for 90 days. Rate limit data stays for 24 hours.

We may update this Privacy Policy. When we make changes, we update the “Last Updated” date. For major updates, we notify licensed users by email. Changes take effect when posted.
