Master Prompt Library Management with These Easy Steps

Prompt Library Management is now easier than ever with our Chrome extension.
First, click the extension icon to access the Prompt Library tab, where you’ll find all your saved prompts. Next, use the search bar to quickly locate specific prompts. Additionally, you can organize your content by filtering with folders and tags using the dropdown menus.
When you’re ready to create a new prompt, go to the Prompt Management tab and click “➕ Create a New Prompt.” Then, fill out the form with a title, dynamic content using {{variable}}, description, and optional tags or folder. Finally, click “Save Prompt” to store it.
Using Prompts with Copy-2-GPT
To use a saved prompt, start by going to the Prompt Library tab. Then, click “Copy-2-GPT” next to any prompt. A popup will appear asking for variable inputs. After filling them in, click “Copy & Go.” As a result, the prompt is copied to your clipboard, and ChatGPT opens automatically, ready to use.
Bulk Prompt Management Tools
If you need to manage several prompts at once, go to Prompt Management → 🔧 Tools tab. After that, click “Load All Prompts.” Once the list appears, select prompts using the checkboxes. From there, you can perform bulk actions such as:
- Adding or removing tags
- Changing folders
- Exporting prompts to CSV
- Deleting multiple prompts at once
